Before You Board
You will receive a confirmation email with the pickup time, pickup address and everything that is included in your hire. The day before your booking we will send a reminder with the final details. Make sure your whole group knows the pickup time and address — the bus arrives on time and the hire clock starts when we pull up.
The Pickup
The bus arrives at your confirmed pickup address and time. It is hard to miss — 32 seats, full light show, the engine running. Your group boards together. The bartender welcomes you on board. The driver confirms the drop-off details. The doors close. The party begins.
Once You Are on Board
The bar opens immediately
The bartender is on board from the moment you board. Order your first drinks. The bar serves throughout the entire hire — you never need to stop at a venue to buy drinks. The licensed bar carries beer, wine, spirits, RTDs and non-alcoholic options.
The music starts
Connect your phone to the sound system via Bluetooth or the aux cable and your playlist goes through the premium speaker system. The light show kicks in. If you have prepared a playlist for the occasion now is the time to hit play.
Karaoke whenever you want it
The karaoke system is ready when you are. Pick your songs. Take the mic. The screen shows the lyrics. The sound system makes everyone sound better than they are. This is usually the moment the energy of the night goes up a level.
The route
The driver takes the route you have discussed — through Auckland’s best areas, past landmarks, along the waterfront. You can request stops at specific locations for photos or short visits. The bus moves through the city while the party continues on board.

The Drop-Off
When your hire time is up the bus drops your group at the agreed drop-off location — this can be the same as the pickup address, a bar in the CBD, or anywhere else that works for your group. If you want to extend the hire ask at least 30 minutes before the end — extensions are subject to availability.
