Before the Night — What to Organise
Confirm your numbers early
The bus has 32 seats. Every person boarding needs to be counted in your booking. Give Party Bus NZ your final headcount at least a week before the hire date. Late additions are sometimes possible but never guaranteed — do not leave it to the night.
Confirm the pickup time and be ready
The bus arrives at the confirmed pickup time. If your group is not ready the clock is still running on your hire. Do not be the group that wastes 20 minutes of their own time because half the guests were not ready when the bus arrived. Send a reminder to everyone the day before with the pickup time and address.
Know the alcohol policy
Party Bus NZ holds a full alcohol licence for adult bookings. Drinks are purchased on board from the bartender. BYO is not permitted. For school balls and under-18 events the bus is strictly alcohol-free — no exceptions.

There is a professional bartender on board for a reason. Order your drinks, wait for them to be served and let the bartender manage the bar. Do not reach behind the bar or help yourself — it disrupts the service for everyone.

Look after the bus
