As early as possible — Friday and Saturday nights in October through December book out weeks in advance. For school ball season in March bookings often fill from December onwards. For hens nights and stag nights we recommend booking at least four to six weeks out to avoid missing your date.
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your date. Full details are provided at the time of enquiry. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
Cancellation terms are provided in full at the time of booking. We recommend taking out event cancellation insurance if you are concerned about unexpected changes.
Date changes are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Occasion type, preferred date, group size, pickup location and drop-off location. The more detail you give us the faster we can confirm your booking.
The bus seats 32 passengers comfortably. Up to 12 additional standing passengers are permitted when the bus is stationary — total capacity of 44. Standing while the bus is moving is not permitted for safety reasons.
Every booking includes the driver, a licensed bartender for adult bookings, karaoke with premium sound system, light show dance floor, three TV screens plus a projector, panoramic windows, onboard toilet, air conditioning, and a licensed bar for adult events.
Yes — a clean onboard toilet is available throughout your entire hire. No stopping required.
Yes — fully air conditioned throughout.
Yes — connect via Bluetooth or USB and play your own playlist through our premium sound system. Our bartender can also manage the music for you if preferred.
Yes — karaoke is included as standard on every hire. Microphone and lyrics on screen. One of the most popular features on the bus.
Simple decorations like balloons and banners are welcome. Please confirm with us before your booking and avoid anything that requires adhesives on the bus surfaces.

Yes — for adult bookings. Party Bus NZ holds a full New Zealand alcohol licence. A licensed bartender is included on all adult hires. School ball, kids and teen events are strictly alcohol-free.
No BYO — all drinks are purchased from the onboard bar. This is a requirement of our liquor licence.
We offer a range of beer, RTDs, non-alcoholic drinks and more. Our drinks menu is available on the website. Pre-ordering is available — contact us before your booking to arrange your drinks order.
Yes — water, juice, fizzy drinks and non-alcoholic beer are available on every hire.
18 years old in line with New Zealand law. Valid ID is required — New Zealand driver's licence, passport or Kiwi Access 18+ card accepted. No exceptions.
We cover Auckland-wide. Flexible pickup and drop-off locations are available — tell us where you need to be collected from and we will confirm whether an additional travel charge applies for locations more than 30km outside Auckland CBD.
Yes — you can request specific stops, landmarks or locations as part of your route. Let us know when booking and we will build an itinerary around your night.
Standard hire is 3 hours. Additional hours are available — contact us for extended hire options.
We operate primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings. Daytime and midweek hire is available for school balls, corporate events and special occasions. Contact us to check availability.
Please contact us immediately if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate but please note that late pickups may affect the end time of your hire.
Yes — we can stop at bars, restaurants or landmarks during your hire. Let us know your preferred stops when booking and we will factor them into the route.
Absolutely — hens nights are one of our most popular bookings. The whole group stays together all night, the bar is fully staffed, and the karaoke and dance floor keep the energy going from pickup to drop-off.
Yes — we cater for end of year functions, team reward events and client entertainment. GST invoicing available. Contact us for corporate enquiries.
Yes — school ball transport is a dedicated service. The bus is strictly alcohol-free for school events with full supervision throughout. Visit our School Ball page for more information or see schoolballbus.nz.
School ball and supervised teen events are catered for on a strictly alcohol-free basis. For adult celebrations the minimum age for alcohol is 18.
