Start with the brief
Before you look at a single venue or send a single enquiry, get clarity on three things. Budget — total spend approved and whether it includes GST. Headcount — confirmed employee numbers plus partners if invited. Date — preferred dates and any hard constraints around the business calendar.
With those three things confirmed you can actually compare options meaningfully. Without them you are wasting your time and the time of every operator you contact.
Book early — this cannot be overstated

The logistics that matter most
